Cheese Dreams

Lightened up with turkey bacon and low-fat cheese

Sliced or Grated Low-fat Cheddar Cheese
Whole-Grain Bread, Regular or Gluten-Free
Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon or Vegan Bacon

Cook bacon until almost crisp. Lightly toast bread and place on baking sheet. Add cheese. Top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. To print click here.

BLT Salad

     Throw breakfast leftovers over Spring Mix.

       Spring Mix                             Grated Cheddar Cheese
             Chopped Tomatoes                           Crumbled Sprouts Turkey Bacon
                             Chopped Red Onions                            Sliced Boiled Egg

Kid-friendly & gluten-free
      Amy’s Chili                                         Chopped Tomatoes
           Chopped Onions                                        All-Natural Tortilla Chips
                      Shredded Lettuce                                        Grated Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese
                              Sliced Black Olives                                         Salsa Dressing (see SAUCES) or Ranch
