Fudgy No-Bake Cookies

Desserts are for the kid in all of us.

                1/2 C Organic Milk                      2 C Sugar in the Raw or Coconut Sugar
     1/2 C Kerrygold Butter                   3 C Quick Oats, regular or gluten-free
                                      1 t Pure Vanilla                     1 C Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (needs stirring)
       1/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder                                                                                                                
Heat butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in oats and mix thoroughly. Using serving spoon, drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool for 30 minutes. To print click here.

Root Beer Floats

Make it low-sugar with stevia-sweetened soda & low-carb ice cream.

Blue Sky Root Beer
All-Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream (see Desserts)

Fill glasses half-full with root beer. Add 2 scoops ice cream in each glass.

Old-Fashioned Banana Splits

Indulgent

                                  Bananas                                        All-Natural Ice Cream, any flavor
                            Chopped Nuts                                        Hershey’s Simply 5 Chocolate Syrup
    Whipped Cream (see Desserts)                                       Whole Pitted Cherries (frozen, thawed)

Slice bananas lengthwise. Line bowls with slices. Add ice cream scoops. Pour syrup over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, cherries, and nuts. To print click here.

Whipped Cream

So simple, so good

1 t Pure Vanilla*
One T Sugar in the Raw
1 C  Organic Cold Heavy Whipping Cream

Vanilla Frosting

Mom made it best.

         1 C Organic Milk                                    3 Heaping T unbleached Flour
One C Kerrygold Butter                                  1 C Sugar in the Raw
            1 t Pure Vanilla                                                                

In a saucepan whisk flour into milk and boil until thick. Cool. Beat butter, vanilla, and sugar. Beat together. Spread on cooled cake. To print click here.
